THE GREAT UN-BRITISH PARLIAMENT

Can you trust what you read and see in the mainstream Media - Hmmmm ?

Having read many an interesting article and observation in the LAMESTREAM Media, (including this article from Adam Bolton) it is notable that the journalists of this present day - almost all ignore the fact that it is our precious British democracy that is being attacked and undermined by the current crop of Politicians who ignore the WILL of the PEOPLE and have gone against the People's instruction to leave the EU. A federation that appears to be run by an UN-ELECTED cabal.

Remember the primary reasons for leaving the EU were as follows;

"Leave MEANS Leave" Defined as; leaving both the customs union and the single market, taking back control of our Laws, Borders, Money and Trade.

This is what being a SOVEREIGN country is all about, having control of our destiny.

The result of the 2016 Brexit Referendum was eventually enshrined in law and subsequently made binding by Gina Miller's court case. This was because her request was overwhelmingly voted on by "smart-ass" Politicians who thought they were wrestling control away from Theresa MAY and the TORIES.

This will prove to be a strategy that will now come back to bite them. Now because of this law they rushed through the House of Lords (HoC), everything they are doing now to block leaving the EU, which is considered as ANTI-Brexit is tantamount to malfeasance in high office. This is because according to the very law they put in place after Gina Miller's case, the UK must leave the EU and would officially leave the EU on the 29th of March 2019. So, if we are to OBEY the laws created by our so called Politicians of this great country, the UK has already left the EU.

This case brought by the English Democrats; Robin Tilbrook, has launched a High Court battle claiming that the UK has already left the EU is now being tested in the High Court, which is something the mainstream media are hardly reporting and Politicians are trying very hard to ignore.

The BREXIT Referendum; The people were given a vote and asked whether the UK should remain or leave the EU, which ended up with the UK leaving, something that was later enshrined in law.

What the current crop of so called professional journalist cannot see is that for the Politicians to ignore the instruction given to them by the people, this is a most heinous assault on democracy. After all, since Politicians are voted in on based on their Party Manifestos, which are essentially the political party's promises that are presented to the people, which if accepted by the people they vote and thus by casting a vote, politicians are instructed by the people to go forth and carry out the will of the people.

It is actually very simple, if you were to work for a company and did not do as they asked, you would very soon find that you were unemployed. So why should Politicians be any different?

This is what is wrong with the present iteration of the British political system; the politicians have forgotten who they worked for, who put them into office based on their promises written into their manifesto, on which they ran for office on. The people firstly chose the political party they preferred based on the strength of the manifesto and how it met their personal requirements and then secondly, they chose the candidate(s) that were put up by the Political Party as the candidate representing their constituency.

So when the British people went to the voting polls for both the 2106 Referendum and the subsequent ill-advised 2017 General Election, they based their voting decision on the strength and promises made within the Political Party Manifestos.

Did you know that in the 2016 Brexit Referendum, over 60% of the United Kingdom constituencies voted to leave the EU.

That means that over 60% of ALL Politicians in the House of Commons should have been without any doubt, voting in accordance with the will of the people in their respective constituencies.

So why does the voting pattern in the House of Commons look like this now? Over 70% of the Politicians have voted this year to BLOCK or OBSTRUCT Brexit, which is in direct conflict with their constituents and their voting for the Bill brought about by Gina Miller's battle with the Government over triggering Article 50 in 2016.

The High Court challenge comes after a former appeal court judge suggested the way the extension was handled could have been unlawful, and a group of Tory MPs wrote to the Prime Minister asking to see the legal advice she received.

According to an article in the Daily Mail; Sir Bill Cash, who was among the four, wrote: 'We ask that you fully explain the actions taken by your Government and why you say that what it has done and is doing is legal.

'We are gravely concerned that you are unlawfully seeking to extend the UK's membership of the EU.'

Despite the claims, Thom Brooks, Professor of Law and Government at Durham University Law School, said he 'doubted' the latest legal case would succeed.

'I think the idea is that Parliament voted to leave on 29 March, this date has passed without a new Act of Parliament and so we're out,' he told MailOnline.

In reference to the above mentioned High Court case, many, such as myself have a strong feeling the esteemed Judges will say we have left without a deal (NO DEAL) on the 29th of March 2019.

As a direct result of this outcome, a public hearing should be called for, so that Politicians can be brought to account for bringing disrepute upon the House of Commons in the great British Parliament.

The people will ULTIMATELY win, the politicians will run and hide for cover and make all sorts of lame excuses as to why they allegedly acted with the malfeasance -- in the way they did towards the WILL of the people. They will lie and try deceive the voting public yet again, but behold, the public have awakened and the game is up. The next election will be a rout for LIB/LAB/CON in England, a new breed of Political Party will arise from the ashes and the Political system will be once again set on a course outlined by their party manifestos and the UNWRITTEN British Constitution.

The fact still remains, our political system is broken and needs fixing. It will be upon this new party to bring about institutional change to the political system.

The will of the people cannot ever again be defied; We need a proper written CONSTITUTION for British Politics from here-on-in to PREVENT the coup d'etat that has just happened in the British House of Commons, where Anti-Brexit MPs hijacked and corrupted Britain's Democracy and the legitimate Brexit process.

Also, we need a proper drains up of this Brexit shambles, a thorough public inquiry and criminal investigation into those who have acted in the foulest way to destroy the democracy and bring disrepute upon the Parliament of this great United Kingdom of ours.

Remarkably, even the House of Lords managed to trip themselves up by jumping in head first without considering the legality of what had just happened the corrupted House of Commons. The Lords immediately started debating the where-with-all and merits of the Yvette Cooper Bill, for they failed to recognise the fact that it was an illegal act in performed in Parliament, which they are now complicit.

Just as a reminder for those not familiar with our political houses, the House of Lords is the second chamber of the UK Parliament. It works with the House of Commons to:

make laws

check and challenge the actions of the government, and

provide a forum of independent expertise

What these great Lords and supposed overseers of British Laws should really have done, was throw the Bill back to Parliament and hold them accountable for gross misconduct and malfeasance in high office.

Sadly, they did not. Notably, historical blog records and media articles reflect that many millions of hardworking patriotic Britons feel in their bones that the House of Lords needs to be abolished and resurrected, filling the HoL with intelligent, senior members of British society who have Commercial, Legal, Political and Social track records. These appointments should be based on MERIT and not on favours and cronyism as is now the case.

Hopefully, the NEW political party that wins the next general election will see to it that both Politicians and the MEDIA be held accountable for the travesty that has just unfolded in our Parliament. They should ensure that tough jail sentences be handed out to all who are found guilty, as well as extensive fines levied onto all of the Media companies who sort to aid and abet this gargantuan criminal act against the great British DEMOCRACY.

I trust that eventually, good sense and rational thinking will prevail, so that this great country, which is filled with industrious, inspirational, tenacious, entrepreneurial and intelligent people who will make sure this country remains a great SOVEREIGN country with or without the EU and irrespective of how we feel about Brexit.
